Shipping & Delivery
We pride ourselves on fast delivery and wherever possible we will endeavor to dispatch your item on the same working day. All orders placed before 3.00 pm on a working day will be processed that day and will be delivered as per the requested delivery option. (A working day is any day other than weekends and bank or other public holidays.)
All shipments to the UK and Europe are handled by Amazon Logistics.

Returns & Replacements

We hope you will be delighted with your purchase from irrigationhub.com but we understand there may be occasions where it is necessary to return an item. 

If you are not satisfied with your purchase or you change your mind, you may return it to us, unused and in as new condition, within 28 days of delivery.  We will refund the price you paid for the product excluding delivery charges.  The refund will be made to the card used in the original purchase once the returned items have been inspected and we are satisfied that it has been returned in its original condition and following the returns procedure specified below.  We are unable to refund any return postage or delivery charges.

If the product you receive is damaged/defective or not as ordered we will replace or refund the item free of charge if returned to us within 28 days.  We will replace any faulty items and will refund any reasonable carriage costs.

In all circumstances you must send an e-mail to sales@irrigationhub.com quoting your order number and why you wish to return the product. Any returns should be sent to the address below with an explanation as to why the item is being returned and whether an exchange or refund is required.

Please ensure you use a return postage method which requires a signature on receipt such as registered post or guaranteed delivery as we can not be responsible for goods lost in transit whilst being returned to us.
